Connect Your Store

Go to Settings and tap Connect. Choose Clover, Square, or Shopify and authorize securely through their official OAuth login. Your credentials never touch our servers.

Scan an Invoice

Open the Scan tab and snap a photo with your camera or pick from your photo library. Any invoice format works — printed, handwritten, or a photo of a screen.

Tip: Make sure text is well-lit and not cut off at the edges for best accuracy.

AI Extracts Every Item

GPT-4o Vision reads your invoice and pulls out each item's name, variant, quantity, and unit cost. Every field gets a confidence score (green/yellow/red) so you know what to verify.

Green = 85%+ confidence · Yellow = 60–84% · Red = below 60% — flagged for review

Review & Edit

The Review screen lists all extracted items with match indicators — Exact SKU, Strong Match, Partial, or New Item. Edit any field, remove what you don't need, or approve all at once.

Smart matching uses Levenshtein distance to find existing items in your inventory automatically.

Sync to Your POS

Tap Sync and your items flow directly into Clover, Square, or Shopify. New items are created automatically; existing ones get their stock count and cost updated.

Check the History tab anytime to see past scans, sync status, and margin analysis by vendor.
